We want you to cherish your DÔEN pieces for years to come, but we understand if a fit isn't quite right. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.
Package Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
